Why do I need to be migrated to staples.ca?
staplespreferred.ca is migrating to staples.ca to serve you better. Our new site’s enhanced functionality provides a much better and easier user experience for you.
How much time do I have to activate my new account?
You have 30 days to activate your staples.ca account from the time you receive the website migration email notice. staplespreferred.ca will no longer be accessible after this time.
What will happen to my old staplespreferred.ca account?
Once you sign in to staples.ca with your staplespreferred.ca account email, your account will automatically be migrated, and your old account closed. Your account details and preferences will also be automatically transferred to the new site including details such as: order history, favourites list, method of payment, preferred pricing and perks.
I already have a staples.ca account. Will it be upgraded?
You must first sign in to staples.ca using your staplesperferred.ca account email to migrate your account information. Once you do that, your original account details and preferences will be automatically transferred. If you sign in using a different email, then the updates won’t transfer successfully.
I don't remember my staplespreferred.ca login. What should I do?
No need to worry! If you have a Staples Preferred account but can't remember your login information, you can regain access by contacting your Account Manager or Staples Customer Care by phone at 1 888-STAPLES (782-7537) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

You must sign on to staples.ca using your staplespreferred.ca account email to migrate your account information. Your original account details and preferences will not be transferred if you sign in with a different email.
- Tip 1: Remember to add (or update) staples.ca to your web browser bookmark
- Tip 2: You’ve successfully logged-in to the Staples Preferred site when you see the Preferred Logo on the top of the home page.
- Tip 3: The staples.ca website no longer requires User ID to login. Use the email address you have registered with Preferred to access your preferred pricing and exclusive benefits.
