Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a link to track your package.
You may use our brand new self-serve option by doing the following steps:
- Log into your account by clicking HERE.
- Click on My Account at the top right.
- Click on Orders on the left.
- Find your order and click View Order.
- The status should be seen above the photo of the article.
- The tracking should be seen under the list of products by clicking TRACK SHIPMENT
For Guest Checkout orders, scroll to the bottom of our site and click on "Track Your Order" under "My Account". You can also click HERE. You will need to enter your email address, order number and postal code, then click on TRACK MY ORDER.
