Our drivers' delivery routes change from day to day, so there is no way to determine the exact time your order will be delivered
If you’ve already placed an order with us, please contact us via chat right away by clicking on the “help” icon. We may be able to reschedule your order for a different delivery day that’s more convenient for you.
Some items can be left at your door with a signed Driver Release Form.

- Print, fill in, sign and leave the Driver Release Form at your door for eligible products
- High-value items cannot be left without a signature
If the delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to the local delivery center and another attempt will be made. In total there will be 3 delivery attempts, after which the order is returned to the warehouse and automatically refunded within 5 business days of the return.
