You may view the status of the items in your order by logging into My Account at the top right, click on Orders, select the order you wish to view by clicking the order number from the list of orders.
For Guest Checkout, you should receive a tracking number in your email once the item is shipped out. You can also click HERE and provide your info to find your tracking number. If neither of these solutions provide an answer, you can also contact us so we can provide you with one.
If your order is showing fully delivered on Staples.ca and you still have not received your complete order you may contact us via email here or via live Chat by clicking the "Help" icon at the bottom right, for further assistance.
