There might be a reasonable explanation why you didn't receive all of the items at once.
You may view the status and tracking of your order by clicking HERE. This will show if your missing items were part of a different shipment that have yet to arrive.
For Guest Checkout, you should receive a tracking number in your email once the item is shipped out. You can also click HERE and use the Guest Order Lookup tool. If neither of these solutions provide an answer, you can also contact us so we can provide you with one.
Please note that if the order shows as Shipped, this means it has left its originating warehouse. Some articles have longer deliveries; please see the page of the product 📷 for more details.
If a missing order shows as completely Delivered, contact customer care for assistance through the contact us page or via live chat by clicking on the "Help" icon at the bottom right.
