Staples.ca accounts are actually profiles. All you need to do is remove any personal information from it and it will bring about the same result. To do this, please follow these steps.
- Log into your account by clicking HERE.
- Click on Profile on the left side.
- Click on Edit Profile.
- Erase the fields, or if they are mandatory, replace them with false information.
- Click Billing on the left side.
- Delete any stored credit card.
- Click Shipping on the left side.
- Delete any stored address.
If you wish to have your account permanently deleted, please reach out to customer service.
If you wish to close your Staples Preferred account we advise to contact your Staples representative -- this should be the agent that normally gets in contact with you for your purchases. If you don't have this information, please reach out to us via email HERE, or click on Help at the bottom right of your page to speak to a chat agent.
