Online Inventory
Online inventory are items stored in a warehouse ready to be delivered to you. You can see if an item is available to be delivered by looking at the delivery option on the item's product page 📷. If you wish, you can also have the order delivered to a store.
In case of an out-of-stock situation, our customer service agents are ready to assist you with selecting an acceptable substitute. You can reach out to them by clicking Help at the bottom right and clicking Get in Touch to reach a chat agent, or you can call us at 1-888-STAPLES (782-7537).
Store Inventory
To check if an item is available in store, you must visit the item's product page on staples.ca and look at the delivery option. If it shows Not Sold in Stores 📷, it means that the item is only offered for deliveries. If it says
FREE Pickup available📷, it means that the item is available to be picked up in your nearest store.
Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change. A customer in-store may already have an item in their cart and our inventory will not account for this until they reach the checkout. If you want more accuracy for inventory, please contact the store.
