How do I add a coupon to my order?

In this article we will discuss how to apply a coupon to your staples.ca order.

 

  1. After adding the article(s) you wish to buy into your cart, proceed by clicking on the cart icon seen at the top right of your screen.

  2. Check the content of your cart and make sure the articles and quantities are correct; then click on CHECKOUT.

  3. At the checkout window choose the shipping method and click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

  4. Add your payment method.
     
  5. On the right side of your screen, you should see a window that says ENTER COUPON CODE. This is where you will want to add your coupon code and click APPLY.

    • For Mobile users, you must click Order Summary to see the coupon window

  6. You can now click PLACE ORDER to submit your order.

Issues applying a coupon

In the event that you're not able to add a coupon, we recommend to read the policies found at the bottom of the coupon or the marketing email you received. If the coupon still cannot be applied, please reach out to us before submitting your order.

Chat
You can reach out to a chat customer service agent by clicking Help at the bottom right. If you are already in that window, click the left arrow at the top and click Get in touch.
