If you cannot cancel the order, but no longer want an item or order, you have the following options:
- Accept the order upon delivery and process a Self-Serve return.
- Accept the order upon delivery and contact us to arrange a return.
- Return your item/order to your local Staples store.
- For Ship-to-Store order, please reach out to the store to ask that they process the return.
For Staples Print orders, please contact the store location shown on your order confirmation. For less time-sensitive requests, you can also reach out to our print team by email.
