Return an item or order

You may return an item/order through the following methods:

Self-Serve

You may use our brand new self-serve option to return an item by doing the following steps:

1.  Log into your account by clicking HERE.
2.  Click on My Account at the top right.
3.  Click on Orders on the left.
4.  Find your order and click Return.

Email

You may submit an item return request to our customer service team by clicking HERE.

Chat

Contact our Customer Service team via live chat by clicking on the "Help" icon at the bottom right.

Retail

Any item bought in-store or on staples.ca can be brought back to any of your local Staples store for a full refund. To find your closest retail location, click HERE.

* Store purchases can only be returned in store.
