Unfortunately you cannot have your order delivered at a specific time. Staples deliveries are weekdays between the hours of 9AM and 5PM for business addresses, 7am to 8pm for residential. Your postal code determines your position on the driver's route, for this reason, specific timeframes cannot be requested.
Leave at the door
All deliveries are contactless. The delivery team will do their best to leave the order in a safe area near your door. If for any reason they cannot deliver the order, they will reattempt the delivery the next 2 business day. You can request for the order to be left in a specific area outside your residence, by using our driver release form: Print, fill out, and post the form at your door.
The Driver Release Form is an alternative to requesting a specific time for delivery but the Staples timeframe (7AM-8PM/9AM-5PM) stays the same.
Delivery Attempts
We will make a total of three delivery attempts on consecutive business days. After 3 attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse and fully refunded within 5 business days.
Ship to Store
If you may not want to have the order delivered at your address, and are looking for an alternative to the above option, please select the “Ship to Store” option at checkout to have your order delivered to your local Staples Store instead. Once they receive the order, you will be emailed.
